Pistol, the new herbicide from Bayer Environmental Science has blown away its first year’s sales target in the initial six months following its launch.
In the first two months alone, Allsopp Davies PR achieved a staggering 200 column centimetres of editorial coverage, and the campaign was further augmented by a carefully planned programme of advertising and exhibition activity.
The launch publicity alone produced in excess of 700 written and 500 telephone enquiries with a very high order conversion rate.
